Artist Donates Limited Prints DELTA Ministries International is an exceptional missions organization because of the value it places on the local church. When I saw its video about its Haitian relief efforts, I got tears in my eyes. Since I am still recovering from Lyme disease, and can’t go myself, I thought donating my art could be a way for me to help.  To view and order prints, click here

In partnership with "Haiti 4 Him", DELTA's strategy is to mobilize prayer, short-term mission teams and giving for long-term relief and recovery of Haiti.
Resources DELTA Ministries can provide you with the necessary resources needed to effectively train and mobilize your team for ministry.  These resources include websites, articles, curriculum and ministry tools.  These resources will help you learn and share about Jesus Christ to others as you serve on short-term mission teams:

D iscipling team members to be missional every day
E vangelizing verbally and through good works
L eading teams to meet physical and spiritual needs
T raining teams and leaders for cross-cultural mission
A ssisting churches with short-term missions

DELTA Ministries International is an interdenominational evangelical organization that supports U.S. and international local churches by specializing in Short-Term and Mid-Term missions.  Since 1979, DELTA has trained and sent over 700 churches and 7,000 individuals to make disciples in 91 countries.

DELTA Ministries International assists the local church by training and deploying short-term mission teams throughout the world to assist national pastors, on-field missionaries, church planters and others who request a team with their ongoing ministry efforts and long-term ministry goals. DELTA's distinctive of being field-driven ensures each team meets a valid need on the field.

With over 30 years of cross-cultural ministry experience, DELTA specializes in a variety of services that help churches ensure their short-term mission team is prepared and ready to serve when they arrive on the field. These services include, but are not limited to:

  • Logistical Support
  • Pre-field Orientation
  • Comprehensive Training
  • On-Field Management
  • Debriefing

At DELTA, we believe effective training is more than a packaged product and that is why we are committed to provide a personal trainer to facilitate a training weekend at your church.

Woman and ChildAs a Christ-centered organization, all ministry functions exist for the goal of bringing people into a relationship with God through faith in Jesus Christ. This is accomplished by sending hundreds of Christian representatives each year, from across the U.S. (a national impact) to over 80 countries around the world who participate in evangelism, discipleship, Bible training, racial reconciliation, providing health care, addressing cultural issues faced by youth and families and much more. Those who already know Christ and serve through DELTA Ministries are also exposed to training and an environment that strengthens their relationship with Christ. They learn to trust Him for provision, protection and open doors to share the Gospel while serving in their ministry location.

DELTA maintains a strong Biblical base and has conservative roots.  Any church can apply, but in order for a church to be accepted and send a team, there must be agreement to the precepts of the DELTA Statement of Faith.

DELTA strives for excellence and voluntarily adheres to ministry and financial accountabilities as members of the Standards of Excellence in Short-Term Mission (SOE) and the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA).

TESTIMONIES

I'm back from Morocco and Turkey and the team had it's presentation to the congregation yesterday at our "hoagie lunch" You wouldn't believe the number of times team members mentioned the fact that their training with Brian Stark helped them prepared and cope well while on the mission. It kept bringing a smile to my face every time someone mentioned the training by Brian Stark. The team was fantastic! I could not have prayed for a better team or mission. The people are more thrilled about missions and Morocco.

Carine, 2007 Morocco Team
